We had a birthday party there recently and the hostess was the best. She made the entire experience memorable. She even sang happy birthday to my son and it was beautiful. Hope to have her again!!
I visited this location on Saturday for Toddler Time and really enjoyed it. Since my son's birthday was coming up I asked the event planner if I could schedule his birthday party with them. She let me know about the packages and gave me her information. A few weeks later I called to schedule the party but instantly changed my mind once I was greeted by a young lady with a terrible attitude. I let her know that I spoke with someone about the party package and what I specifically wanted. She seemed very annoyed and impatient with me. I understand that it's early and I may be asking to many questions but hey it's my son's birthday I just want to make sure his birthday is perfect and we don't show up to a crappy party because someone was too annoyed to answer my questions. I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot she would be just as concerned as I am before she shells out a few hundred dollars. Thanks for such great customer service. I will be taking my money else where!
I love Sky Zone !!! My kids are ROWDY! Sky Zone is such a great facility. The staff brings the magic. The staff was so polite and accommodating! I did want to suggest - one staff let me play dodge ball with my kids. I am 49 years old. I know not to play rough with 7 year old kids. The staff requested I just stay at the back wall. The next time I tried to play I was refused (politely) by a different staff member. No hard feelings - this staff is doing their best. I walked around and noticed that all of these staff members were quality people. I find that amazing as they must have had at least 20 staff there and we all have heard how you can't find good help these days. My thanks to the staff and management ! My 10 year old told me this was the best time he had ever had !!!
We enjoyed our visit and the different areas to jump. We also enjoyed the arcade afterwards. You do have to purchase their socks for $2 to jump though but it's for your own safety.
Gone down since we were there last year. Bathrooms dirty. Tables dirty and several were putting tables together to have a bday party to keep from booking and paying for the party room. The kids enjoyed jumping but that's about it. I won't come back to this one. Staff wasn't handling the kids like they were last time. They really made sure kids were behaving last time but this time wasn't paying attention. My kid was pushed while jumping in her square by an older kid and they did nothing.
