We have dealt with Ashley furniture in other states. This by far is the BEST one. They were wonderful to work with from looking, purchasing, to delivery.
I really enjoyed my buying experience at Ashley. Got two living room set the store manager Derrick Mason was really awesome he move furniture around for me so I can see what went well with what set. He talked me through design patterns. He made sure our sales person took good care of us. On top of that we went back the next day our sales person was not there and he paired us with another good sales person she was also awesome. But my biggest thing was how the sales manager made sure we had all the information on Ashley financing and or what financing we where comfortable with. And yes I will be going back to Ashley for more furniture shopping for sure.
The sales reps were all very knowledgeable. No one was pushy!
Okay I have to say that I open an account with Ashely in March of 2017 my salesperson was Patrick Moore I got my dinner room set and living room set so two days ago I went back into Ashely to get my down stairs family room set and he was wonderful with drawing out a picture of my place just to give me an idea of where my sofa would be lol that’s was so nice of him. He’s a good salesperson took him time with me in what I needed. At the end I was not sure if I wanted the five year service so the manager came in and give me % off so I can stay on my budget and that made my day. I love these guys at Ashley. My number #1 store. Thanks again
Greeting very nice. Store is too divided by how and where you pay. I know we're suppose to be professional but tone it down a little, make customers feel at home not, not wanted.
Absolute “Worst” furniture store...Period. Sales associate was good, however after picking up the furniture and bringing it home I found a drawer cracked (small kitchen island). I contacted my sales associate and explained the issue, she explained that she would talk to her manager and contact me the next morning. Since we never heard back we took the furniture back up to the furniture store and met our sales associate and she then brought the store manager to speak with us. He said that we needed to take it back to the warehouse (30 min drive of course), and the warehouse would either return it or give us our money back. (Just wait it gets better), so my wife and I drive all the way back to the warehouse and the lady behind the counter said we don’t give refunds, unless it’s authorized by the store manager (and they should have given you a refund), I said the store manager told us to come back to here to the warehouse in order to get our refund. So the lady behind the counter calls the store manager McDonough, GA and she comes back and explains that he did not authorize the return. So we call the store and speak to our sales associate, and she said that he had authorized the return. Come to find out that the lady behind the counter at the warehouse had spoken to the store office manager, not the store manager. So my wife calls back again and she gets transferred to the store office manager and the office manager explained that Ashley furniture does not give refunds and that the store manager gave you incorrect information. By this time I was extremely furious over the whole thing. I just cannot believe that a store manager tells us one thing and then the store office manager tells us another (Who’s really running the store!?). I will never ever buy anything again from Ashley furniture. The furniture store manager/personnel does not even know there on policy and procedures. Worst experience ever!
