Need improvement:
Nice hotel tucked in edge of town, easy access to I-75. Hotel seems newly remodeled; outdoor landscaping was very nice. Check-in went smoothly but when we entered our room my husband and I both noted a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke (property is listed as smoke free but must have been a smoking property at some point; humidity can bring this smell out even after the room has been deep cleaned). The front desk clerk was very nice and helped relocate us to a different and much better-smelling room. Bed was comfy, shower had really good water pressure. Good place to stay for the night.
My family really enjoyed staying here. The staff were amazing. They were very nice. Breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean. Lynn was also very nice and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
+ Fresh breakfast (scramble, bacon, pancake, juice, coffee, etc) and clean dining hall.
- The hair dryer needed some tweak on the switch to work.

We were very pleased with our stay at the BW McDonough. Our room was larger than average & very clean. The staff were friendly & helpful, breakfast buffet was well above average in menu & quality. My husband is rarely impressed with TVs in hotels, but remarked that the picture quality of the set in our room was great. This will be our hotel of choice when we visit family who live in this area.
Had a group of 18 soccer players and their families stay this weekend for a tournament. Everything was above our expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Gina especially was great! Will definitely stay again next year.
- The AC in my room was old fashioned we couldn't set the temperature or automatic fan speed.
