3 weeks ago I called to make an appointment to get my passport and passports for my two children. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was hung up on. I called back and was able to make an appointment. I called back and got an appointment for three weeks out. When I went in to the office during my appointment time and walked up to the counter I was met with a man who clearly did not want to deal with me. I told him what I was there for. I was bombarded with questions at the counter in front of everyone. My situation with my child's father is not ideal and I did not appreciate being questioned about it in front of every person in line including my daughter. This guy was not even the person who was supposed to help me. When the person who was supposed to help me finally looked at my documents (still standing at the desk) she saw that I had missed 2 blocks on my form and got frustrated and told me I need to read my documents. I'm thinking aren't you here to help people with this process? Isn't it your job to make sure people fill out the documents correctly? I finally spoke to the supervisor who was also less than helpful. At this point I was irritated but by no means out of control. Supervisor, Joshua J Howell, told me it wasn't their job to fill the forms out for me and I needed to go somewhere else. No Joshua, it's not your job to fill the forms out for me but it is your job to help. I filled out and printed all forms myself so clearly I wasn't asking you to fill them out. I do not trust these people to do the right thing.

I lived in several states in the last 40 years and I can literally confirm that this McDonough Post Office is the worst in the nation. All the negative reviews were absolutely true since I experienced them first hand and more. Currently I have a priority mail return package that doesn't seem to know how to get to the destination. I had to personally drop it off since the post master did not pick it up last Thursday. Its destination is Pls Vrds Est CA 90274-0921. Below is the tracking history:
It's a Post Office...... what can I say? The staff is up and down lol today everyone seemed pretty pleasant. The guy who helped me walked around a bit before helping me. As if he was contemplating whether he should go in the back or take me the next person in line. I don't feel the manage the lines well. This place definitely needs some renovating and cleaning. Again it's the post office..... I like the fact they stay open til 6 Monday through Friday. 3 stars McDonough!!

I give Theresa 5 Stars because she has been the only helpful person at this office. She even went above and beyond and called me back regarding an issue like she said she would. Unfortunately I have to give this post office 2 stars, every other time I called for assistance I have been cut off, spoken to in a rude tone and not had my issue resolved. They may answer the phone every time but you don't get your questions answered. I am over it!

How is this even possible???? I called them up yesterday and today and the phone was always busy. I tried the 1-800 number and left my return call number. No more than 5 mins later, I looked on my phone and found that they already left 2 voice messages. My phone never rang nor gave me any notification. How do they do that. ????? So now I just elected to stay on the phone and they never picked it up. Is there anybody else we can contact to do something about this. To the post master or whoever, what are you doing with my package????

I was home all day there was no delivery attempt, there was no notice left. Which means I cannot reschedule a drop off I have to pick up my delivery. I paid for express delivery which was already late, now this. Very disappointing.
Over the course of the last 8 months I have had many packages delivered to the wrong address, given to my neighbors, or simply lost.
I am currently waiting on a package that has been at their facility for the past 2 days but has seemingly been delayed for absolutely no reason. Now this was a time sensitive package that I payed extra for 2 day shipping.

Package delivery 'attempt was made' and a 'notice was left'
Their phones are always busy therefore I can never actually contact the facility about receiving my mail. The delivery schedule is always changing, and always after 5pm.
As of today, 11/16/2017, no update.??? Could not contact anyone as their phone is always busy. Where is my package???
