I went home and cried because I don't have 2k.

I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone they are a bunch of amateur hacks. I took my dog there on Sunday because he was throwing up not eating not drinking. They ran blood work on him said he had a bacterial infection. They did an MRI on him to make sure he didn't have any tumors. They did an x-ray on him to make sure he didn't have any blockage all this costing me $987 and they couldn't find no answer as to what was going on started him on IVs and fluids . I took him to get a second opinion at East Lake Veterinarian within 30 minutes she knew exactly what was wrong with him he has pancreatitis. If they would have ran the test with the blood work at Eagles Landing they would have known this and they also should have known this because his eyes have yellow in it and his gums have yellow. I'm furious with Eagles Landing vet. I will be disputing these charges.

I called back later to see if they could reduce the bill and ask about charges.

I wouldn't recommend nobody to this vet. Took my dog in there after having symptoms of throwing up not eating not drinking they did blood work on him came back said it was a bacterial infection. They wanted to start him on IV fluids pain med. Then they did MRI then they wanted to do xr all this costing me 987.00 with no explanation as to what was wrong with my dog. I took him to East Lake Veterinarian for second opinion within 30 minutes they knew exactly what was wrong with him and it only cost me a little over $200. I will not recommend this vet to know one all they want is your money. You want to take your dog to a good vet take him to East Lake Veterinarian

. I am really disappointed that I had this kind of experience here because I really trusted them and I liked coming here

The bill was explained to me so I can understand it and I was OK with it and all the procedures they did to the cat and why were explained as well

After I made the phone call I decided to call other veterinarians to try and get a second opinion because my cat was still not eating and I was really worried about him.

Then they kept pushing me to use or apply for care credit or use a credit card and I didn't want to do that because either way I still have to pay the money back.

My first concern was why are they charging me to clean my cats teeth if they were about to remove the rest of them. Secondly after I asked for a discount I was told that it was a shame I couldn't bring my cat in in February during cat dental month, because they couldn't give me a discount then.

Wanted to share a update to my recent review. I called the office on Monday requested a return call from the owner. I received a return call at 5 pm the next day. As the conversation progressed he was making it clear he felt like they had done everthing they could and had done nothing wrong. After a some what long around and around discussion he got upset and hung up on me. I returned a call asked if he was willing to make any comprise or suggest any solution to make the situation right he said NO.

We took him for an initial visit to another veterinarian and they gave him some steroids shots and antibiotic shot that last several days and the cat was eating and acting like he wasn't sick anymore, they also gave me an estimate for the same work and it was $620. The vet also said he didn't have diabetes or pancreatic issues.

I brought my pets here for a long time, recently I had to bring my cat in because he wasn't eating and getting sick. I was told he may have pancreatic issues and or diabetes, and he needed some teeth removed. The estimate was 1200 to 2k.

I brought my dog here due to twitching and possible seizures. I asked them to check his teeth and they said everything was fine. They claimed it to be old age and were quick to prescribe pain killers. Weeks later for the checkup appt, I had a different vet but at the same location. He took one glance at his teeth, at my request again, and saw at least 3 rotted teeth and the rot had caused an absinthe in his throat where it was draining. During surgery, 6 teeth were removed. Why was this completely missed the first time and my concerns completely overlooked? They only cared about getting my money and pushing us out the door with pain meds. Never again.
